Recent Spate of Spammers

Most of you may have noticed we have recently come under attack by spammers. Thanks to all for prompt reports. I do have a request re: reporting. If you notice multiple posts by the same bogus user, you need only report the one instance. When we get rid of them, we have the means to delete all their posts at the same time. If you report each and every one, we [mods] have to post a reply to each of your reports to the other mods don't have to go through the trouble of tracking each, only to find the post is no longer there. Thanks.

Bob, thanks the explanation about reporting an bogus user, vs bogus posts. It may reduce multiple reports if the 1st reporter does a reply to the offending post stating "reported to mods", so others will know it has already been reported. Then, if they see more spam from the same user on a different thread, it won't be reported again, or at least less.
