can you get these bikes in the states an get them registered, After some google searches it seems they were only build in japan starting in 83
its a great looking bike, the motor looks realy cool

Cool bikes, but slow as dogs.  Same basic bike as the CB350.  I'd recommend just going that route.  Get a CB360 if you want a 6-speed.  I saw one in San Francisco a while back, so I'm pretty sure you can title them here.

Other than the frame and engine, almost nothing is stock on the bike in the "bikeexif.com" link.

That being said, if you search images of stock GB250 models through the years, some of them looked pretty good.  A number of styling changes occurred during the years.

Nevermind my previous comment.  I didn't read the description of the bike.  It sounds like a fun ride, although probably very rev happy and limited on low-end power.
