If your battery is new and charged:
- check the points for 12V and proper working (ie opening and closing!)
- check the continuity between the points and the coils
- check the HT leads to the plugs
- check the plug caps
There's a theme developing here. You need to start at the battery and follow the ignition circuit along to the plugs, checking each part in turn.
As the ignition circuits are duplicated after the points, it is unlikely that you have a faulty coil, plug cap or plug as it would spark on the other 3 (and the least it would do is backfire)
If all four are dead it must be between the battery and the points.
