Mine was more evil, went around telling everyone I beat her, when we got to court she and the 4th dan Karate blackbelt Policeman she had run off with hid in another room and watched it all on close circuit TV, told the judge through their lawyer that they were "scared" of me! >:(
Luckily I was so high on Prozac I didn't really understand what was happening.

Similar deal. She was diagnosed bi-polar, but it was a bit late before I knew it.  Lying under oath, a bi-polar game. The magistrate ignored any kind of facts presented to her in favor of the alternative reality ceated in the state attorney's office.  Of course she (her honor)  was groveling for a job as a real judge, too. Funny if you are a state  attorney  close enough to the governor, Magistrates will do things that will get themselves canned for you,  All for that $160k a year dream job.

I could show I was thousands of miles away at the time I was also alleged assaulting her. Oh and the stalking charge on Kauai, yeah that was the first one she recieved a restraining order. Funny Kauai County Courts and Kauai PD has no record of it.

I guess if the Magistrate lost her job it's good, and funny how a state attorney who helped  ghost write all that crap actually billed hours to it.   Maybe some  disbarments in their future.

Yeah, the one I refer to was really easy on the eyes but her mood swings like a chandaleer in an earth quake. maybe I can find a pic of one of her bi-polar moments and scan it to post.

Oops ... that's supposed to be spelled chandalier now that I look at it. Like LIER which can be pronounced same or different in several ways. You can also pronounce it as 'liar,'  as in 'lying' ,as if under oath,  or in taking it towards the common pronunciation for 'leer.'

Perhaps at risk of some political  refudiatiation, that we could make a new word  or term of 'chandalierjet' type girl.

Nice girl at times, beautiful, but seems proven  to want to plook her way up the ladder  into a government/political system. Crazy as a sh8house rat that one is.

This is just one of dozens of lies under oath put before the court by her and her witness Roger Barry Hayward. I hope that we can soon begin a prosecution of the several felonies of which  I am a victim.  There is further evidence of other  counts of perjury , and some of  the evidence is filed as exhibits with the courts, case # 4FA-05-00189CI.

Hi ****: I am not familiar with your case, but was able to research it a bit with the information that you provided me, both in your phone calls and this e mail message. From what you've said, it appears you appeared in court in March, 2005, at which point you're alleging that Ms. Lyle lied under oath, and now you would like to file criminal charges of perjury against her. Your best recourse is to contact an attorney, and then your attorney would determine how to file criminal charges against her. We would not be the agency to file those charges to or with. Good luck to you.

*****

Hello-
Do you know who or why the original police report was not available before the hearing?

I called the UAF and they told me they were to not release the report. This is a serious matter involving obstruction of Justice. I am quite sure that the Assistant Attorney General was involved with this crime.

Do you know who ordered the report to not be shared with both parties to the action?  That would be very helpful information.

Also if you could bring this information to Michael Grey in the local Attorney General's office that would be much appreciated.

Sincerely,

***************

Mr. Priestley,

I received your voice-mail message this morning.  Thank you for the call.

I believe we have spoken in the past about your claim that multiple state employees committed perjury and extortion against you, and I seem to recall looking into your allegations and not finding anything that met the letter of the law in the criminal statutes.  If you have specific information in the form of court documents, court transcripts, sworn statements, or written affidavits that contradict prior sworn testimony, I would be happy to look into things.  If you simply feel someone wasn’t telling the truth, it ends up being mostly a matter of perception and/or opinion and will be nearly impossible to prove.

Send me what you have and I’ll review things to see if anything meets our statutory requirements for the commission of a crime(s).  Please reference court dates, court docket/case numbers, Judge’s name, attorney’s names, names of the people you believe broke the law when they falsely testified, highlight the inconsistencies in their statements showing where they contradicted themselves (under oath), and your version of why they lied under oath with the documentation to substantiate your claim(s).  All of these facts will need to be backed up with in written or audio recorded format for the Troopers to even begin an investigation.  More would likely be needed later.

Sgt. David Hanson

That is all pretty weird stuff as it can either be proven or disproven quite easily, I'd want to have a copy of that report, here in New Zealand we can access things like that through the "Freedom of Information Act" and I have used this a few times at work to catch the dept I work for out in lies!

The heck it can't be proven when you show stamped boarding passes and ISP numbers from where you study at the UO.

The burden is on the moving party.

THe scamming sheisters are part of the courts and beyond that it's politics that we aren't supposed to speak of on open forums.

But I can send you to this, which I asked the Ninth Circuit Court of appeals to have The Government  do. It's public record.  I'm also the first on wikipedia to post if you looked to the original post, you would find my name. You will likely find it by googling "Corrupt Bastard Club." The wiki will be at the top of the google search list unless NZ or whichever country has their own CBC.
