Anybody see this video on youtube yet of the kid who was being bullied and just snapped and just poicked up the bully and body slams him. This bully did not see this one coming, I reckon he got what he deserved though.

A usual case of the little guy (bully) picking on anyone that will "not fight back". Notice the first face punch and the big guy did nothing. You know this was not the first time this puny runt picked on the big guy or others. I bet it was the last time the little runt picked on him. I am glad to see the big guy crush him. Bullying has been around since I was in school in the 60's and I am sick of it.

That kid on the crutches is actually the bully from the video, I came across this thing first on facebook yesterday. Apparently Casey Heynes is the kid who was being bullied in the video and this has been going on for ages and eventually he just snapped. Casey ended up being suspended alright and the other kid didn't even get a slap on the wrist. There's a facebook group naming and shaming the bully and fighting for casey and trying to get his suspension reversed. The principal hasn't seen this footage and they are also trying to get him to watch it so he'll see casey was provoked. i think this is in Australia.

I cant really picture a series of incidents to have occured first which could change the cirmustances of that video. I wont count it out as a possibility, but it looks like if the little guy threw the first punch then there is nothing else to say. I suppose the big guy could have spent years verbally tormenting the little guy, I guess we'll never know.

I'm with ya, according to that group on facebook this kid Casey is now apparently having charges put against him by the other kids parents, talk about #$%*in injustice. This kid was probably being picked on for years by that little #$%* and nothing was done about it. I'm only outta school a few years myself so it's pretty fresh in my mind what it was like although I never really got bullied myself but I saw a lot of it going on.

I think that little s%^t was trying to be cool. Did you see the girls in the backround while "little Joe Frazier" was dancing around throwing jabs? Got what he deserved as far as I'm concerned...

While the video makes it clear what occurred the school administration will stick by a story of "Casey should come to somebody in charge". The reality is the "people in charge" are nowhere to be found when those morons are attacking the kid. It is obvious the skinny douchebag is guilty of assault and battery. I hope that fact is not lost.
The school system will have to provode private tutoring and quite possibly a private placement for Casey....as a parent I would argue the system cannot provide a safe environment. Those pricks will go after him twice as hard after this.

From the audio it sounded like the little guys friends thought it was kinda funny that he got his ass kicked.

All excellent points. I will not expect the school to answer my E mail. But maybe if they get enough feedback from us and others from the Casey website it will force them to pursue the issue from the perspective of the kid who gets bullied. In fact, it is the skinny runt who should be expelled. You know that Casey is not the only one this kid picked on.

Making a complete, sound decision based on 42 seconds of video and some facebook postings is sketchy at best.
