Wiring harness routing
« on: March 15, 2011, 06:23:55 PM »
On CB750K does the wiring harness route though the triangular hole in the frame near the coils or does it go external to the left of the frame at that point? The microfiche doesn't really show the routing well as it is external to the entire bike in the breakdown.

I got the rear section all nicely done but the front routing eludes me.

Hi Spiider, I have a 78 K. There is a diagram in the Honda service manual that shows the routing, at least for mine. Mine does not go through the triangular area in the frame but along the outside top frame tube all the way to the back. I am not sure it matters, but if you want to be resto "original" correct.

You can get the service manual here for your bike, if you don't have it already.

Thanks! That's the route I have it sitting now and it looks ok.

I'll take a look at the factory manual here in the main page when I can get a minute.
