Whats it worth?

Anywhere from $50 to $2000.  Depends on what you think it is worth.

What parts will need replacing?  How hard are they to find?  DOes it run?  Will it turn over? Etc.

Doesn't really matter what you think it's worth.  It's only worth what someone is willing to pay.  Watch ebay or cycle trader to get an idea of approximate value.  I keep an eye on several of these, and am surprised at the results.  Bikes I think are valuable go cheap and others go for much more than I would pay.
