I got a ‘75 400F that has some weirdness going on. The rear brake running light wasn’t working (however in P key setting it lights up) so as a quick fix I jumped a wire connecting a BLACK to BROWN/WHITE and now I have the rear brake running light working (as well as the gauge lights) but for some reason high beam on the left hand control shuts off the headlight...
Should I crack open the key ignition to see what’s going on under there? Perhaps a loose solder on the Blk to Brn/Wht connection, maybe?
