I noticed that too! Although when you click on the pictures they are oriented the right way up, strange for sure.

Powder coating shop did everything in one day, fantastic!  Installed the swingarm bushings and triple clamp bearing this evening.  Hopefully I will have the front forks on the bike this weekend.

Plated hardware etc is due early next week :)

Thanks Scott!  It's been slow but I'm trying to do it right.... pushing hard now over the winter to get it completed for spring.  It's going to be a beauty when it's finished.

Can't wait to see it finished in the spring!

The sideways pictures is certainly strange, on my computer they are the correct orientation and when they are on the thread they are sideways.  When you double click on the pictures on the thread they open up in the correct orientation.

Working on that in more depth in a few weeks.... right now its got a 105 main, 65 pilot with a YY6 needle on clip#2 for initial running. It blubbery at lower RPM's in between shifting.....At higher RPM's it sings so beautiful.

So what was the story with using the LCR livery, getting Cal to sign it, etc.?

Now that's a story.......LOL! I have known the owner of LCR Honda for going on 5 years now..... I started this project a long time ago and towards the end I decided out of inspiration of an awesome guy (Lucio),an awesome team and great sponsors that I would paint and style my bike to look like a vintage MotoGP Cafe racer.

LCR is sponsored by Rizoma therefore  I used their components where I could.  They are also sponsored by Arrow exhaust so I purchased the Arrow badge and made the mesh screen to mimic the MotoGP Honda exhaust.  Colors are all to match LCR's primary color scheme.  CMS as most of us on this forum know they are a great source for vintage parts. I purchased a lot of parts from them and what a coincidence that they started to sponsor LCR this year.  LCR placed the logo on the tail section at the Austin MotoGP this year where I unveiled it  for the first time with the team.  Cal got to pull the cover off and it was a huge surprise.  We also fired it up for the first time with the team in the garages using the auto rollers....what an experience that was.

The bike was admired by all the MotoGP paddock that weekend, I'll publish pics of that as well.

Damn.  Very cool.  I bet Lucio Cecchinello was stoked.

Cal C. (not J.) has signed some photos for me at IMS.  He's always a nice guy to the fans.

Don't forget to "accept" the nomination!!
