Love it Pete!  I wish I could get my hands on a nice 77f stocker for a reasonable price.  It would be cool to have a cafe/mod and a stocker in the collection.

It's a beauty!  Now that you are done, what will you do with all the extra time and money?

Did they only make blue one year in the UK? Did you guys get Black and maroon also? That color is gorgeus! Looks great.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!

yes it would be cool to have both, i am currently trying to build a cafe f2 out of spare parts i have , check out the link at bottom

It's a beauty!  Now that you are done, what will you do with all the extra time and money?

I have run out of money but with my extra time i have many other projects

What make is the exhaust?

The Exhaust is a real nice condition original F2

Did they only make blue one year in the UK? Did you guys get Black and maroon also? That color is gorgeus! Looks great.

It is my favourite F2 colour, i think it was only available in 77, and yes we did get black and maroon, black was the most popular

Thanks everyone for the compliments, the bike still retains much of the original patina, the tank and tail piece, and seat are untouched, some of the chrome was replaced, with second hand and new old stock,
I think i prefer the good condition used look to an all out show winning restoration, my K1  is the same , it remains original but used condition

Both gorgeous bikes. The early bikes get all the love, but I think the F models are sexy, too.
