May be a dumb question but i know little about carbs Where is the fuel mixture screw on a set of keihin 069a carbs? A pic would be nice to point it out

Technically, there isn't a fuel mixture screw.
There is an air bleed pilot screw on the side. For metering fuel, there is a pilot jet inside, as well as a throttle valve needle w/jet, and a main jet inside.
