In the upper right corner of the screen, next to the date and time, click that little "+" icon.

What's going on mods???

The precise location of some bits may depend on what "Theme" you have chosen. I use the 'default theme' and the search field (upper-right) is preceded by a little magnifying glass and "Show new replies to your posts" is the second line below your user name and avatar at the top of the page.
