CB350F Carb Rubbers - Where to buy?
« on: March 22, 2011, 02:27:49 AM »
Hi there SOHC,

I've looked around through google a bit and my usual stores (Z1, old bike barn) and I cant track down these.
I've yet to try HONDA but will ring tomorrow and expect a high price.

To Clarify the rubbers that bolt to the head and then hold the carbs

My current ones are crusty and hard as rocks.

My other option is make some flanges from flat steel with some tube welded - then just use a piece of straight hose to attatch the carbs to

Thanks in advance.

Anything other than original connectors will change the pressure in there...and tuning will be required.
search WINTERGREEN and read the threads on rubber restoration. if yours arent cracked, they should come back.

or...hope something comes up on ebay, softer than what you've got.

Thanks for info. Ive seen some of the info on restoring the rubbers.

I'm from Australia so I will have to find a substitute for Wintergreen.

Mine are not cracked, but I Had to pry at them to get the carbs out of them, hopefully I haven't caused any damage

Thanks alot
