okay drained the old fluid outta my brake system, now how do i get fresh fluid in?i tried opening the bleeded and pumping but nothing is happening?

It's nprmally best to flush through without draining, if you are only changing the fluid.
The problem you get is the airlock you are struggling with.
I find the just flickng the lever tip back and forth while tapping the hose at the same time helps to
get the fluid running down the hose.
another option is one of the pumps to send fluid in from the bleed nipple end, but I have never used one
myself so have no experience of them.

sounds good ill look into it. i might have a syringe i could use as well

to send fluid up from the bleed nipple you can also use a good quality oil can (cleaned thoroughly first then filled with brake fluid.) attach a hose from the nozzle on the can to the bleed nipple.
never done it on a bike, but it works well on 123 body mercedes clutch slave cylinders. they have to be bled bottom up.
