Ape Bars...Balance???
« on: March 31, 2011, 03:55:34 PM »
Man, I think my arms would get tired on a long haul with those apes. Seems it would throw off the balance a bit at slow speeds.

Generally speaking I think that a guy's bike his his own, and what ever toots his tweet is fine with me - but when a bike is dangerous it is not only dangerous to its driver but to everyone else that bike might hit too.  After all, that HOG probably weighs in at something a bit in excess of 750 pounds or so and not something you'd want to see hop a curb and hit a baby stroller.  It is difficult to imagine how the clown riding the bike - and I use the word "Clown" because I can't think of any other word that fits him - manages to get past any police officer without being stopped for driving a clearly unsafe vehicle.

I'd have to tickle him at a stop light if I saw him. I like to be creepy though.  ;D

The seat is probably only used on this one when sitting at the burger joint. I think you have to stand up to ride this one...

Or the seat could be for the passenger.  You can imagine where her face is.  :P

Nope. Pic #1 is Photo-Chopped 'fer sure, dude. Wrong departure line where the drivers lower thigh meets the seat, the seat shows no signs of bearing the drivers weight, shadow cast by the drivers back is side-angle, where-as the bike's shadow is down-angle, the front tire is not bearing any weight what-so-ever, and the biggest tell is that the handle bar streamers are near horizontal which in turn would indicate fairly substantial forward momentum (given their respective length and the assumption that they're made of HD sanctioned/licensed/branded leather...no self respecting HDer would run any other material off of their bar ends, I mean, what would the other guys in his MC say back at the Club House?) but the back of the riders cut shows no signs of billowing at all. I call shenanigans on this one guys...
