754 you make me think I am smart now, because i did that already right after i realized the piece was gone  ;D too bad it was not there, but thanks for bringing it up!

I've got an extra PD 41B body from an F model.  I suspect the tube is the wrong size, but I'll be glad to send it to you if you want to check.  Looks to me like the only way to remove it is to cut it out.

What a great group! So many people worrying about my small carb piece :-)

I am not sure whether the piece of the 42B will fit, but will check later.

I also tried to pull one of the other jets out of my carb without success. I believe it will only work with a special tool.

Thanks again guys, have the carbs almost cleaned and ready to go back on!
