Asian lady goes to her bank to exchange foriegn money for dollars. Teller gives her $95 cash.
 -Asian lady says "Yesterday I give you same money, you give me $98! Why less money??"
 -Teller says "Fluctuations!"
 -Asian lady replies: "Fluck you white people!"
