Topic: Cappellini chain tensioner question (CB350)

Hey,
I have a friend that is rebuilding his cb350, and he got a Cappellini chain tensioner wheel for it.  problem is we cant figure out how to get the small wheel off the tensioner bracket, to put their small metal wheel on.  Anyone ever done this before?  if so, how do we get the small wheel off the bracket?  Any help would be great! thanks guys!

looks like you have to grind the head off the old pin and punch it out. fit new wheel and pin and peen the end. imho

That's exactly right - way I did mine on my race 350. Franco's gear is top notch though so well worth doing it....presumably he sent a new pin in the package too?
