Godzilla did battle with Tortilla the giant turtle that attacked us along the road. We escaped but the pictures may have been conficated by the authorities.

Any idea where the meet is... I may ride over and come back to cincy with you guys...
I think we will be leaving Indy on the 16th. The plan (today) is for Don to get to the Chicago area on Saturday 5/14. I'm not sure if he plans to go on to Indy, I thought Chicago was his last stop.

Then I and a couple others will be heading to Indy on Sunday 5/15. We should get there early afternoon, spend the night, then on to Cincy. I don't know what time on Monday. The ride to Cincy isn't very long, so it really depends on who is riding from Indy to there and who is meeting us once we reach Cincy.

I keep an on this to see what time you expect to arrive here in Cincinnati. Do everything I can to make a meet up, but the day later arrival, although not totally unexpected, makes time harder due to skipping out on work to meet up. I think I even have a meeting at lunch time with my boss. As I mentioned somewhere else, if Modsquaz can keep the little guy until he and I can meet up before leaving town on Thursday. We'll get it all sorted out.

I think the Indy to Cincinnati ride is only about 3 hours, so I personally don't feel like we need to drag ourselves out of bed for an early start, 10 ish should work fine. But we will confer on Sunday when we get to Indy to figure it out.

I think Big Gee texted me and asked about friendly strip bars in the Cincy area if he has to stay... He promises he has bail money!

Gee Zee spent friday night resting from his side trip to Charlies Cycle Supply in West Jersey Illinois. saturday he rode from Galesburg to Dixon Il mat up with our new friend George then to St. Charles and Portillo's Saturday night he was in the company of Blue 72 Beetle at the hotel in Munster Indiana. He enjoyed a few brews at 3 Floyds micro brewery. While there, the cook busted out of the kitchen to ask if we were the guys with the 750 Hondas then announced he owns a 69 750! He was advised to check the frame numbers and report immediately to us and not to mention it to anyone!

I am riding until I get somewhere.... then I have to turn around and head back...Got to work early the next day couldn't get off!  Probably a little more than half way but it depends on weather and what time we leave.  Just put new tires on bike last night.. slipped a little riding on poor tires with the rain this week-end past!  So should be good to go if a little wet!
Jim,
Are you going to Toledo and then Cleveland or just to Toledo?

GZ & Banner & Log Book are now in Penn. heading for Greensboro for the night.  Great Job OHIO crew. Popwood made the comment that GZ came out of the sea to start his reign of terror. We think he likes water no matter what form it is in. Maybe that's why so many have had to batter the wet elements while they had him. So while we were at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, GZ  got into trouble climbing on the building and planning on using it as a diving board to jump into Lake Erie. We were able to corral him and I told him that he could have all the water he wanted if He would just behave and allow me to introduce him to some really nice people at our vintage bike night. If worked, cause the night was beautiful and the next day was spectacular. Sunny and warm 75-80 all the way from Cleveland to Sharon, PA. and back. If you could order up a day to ride on this venture, what we got today would have been it.  Good Luck to 05c50 and Clutch Cargo on their leg.
