I notice the handoff at Fernley keeps changing.  It started at 5/1, then went to 4/30, now it says 4/29.
I'm thinking it will be pinpointed to 1 certain day by the time the rally reaches SoCal. Just hoping the weather cooperates!!!

An extra day wouldn't hurt across Nevada anyway.  Plenty to see and take pictures of if you like old towns and abandoned stuff.  There is a diversion from US50 that follows the old Lincoln Highway route, so will probably take that, among other things.

Ofreen,

Are you a (the) Nevada rider?  If so, it's really up to you where you ride and where you overnight.  Making the handoffs is really the only critical issues.

Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.

Schedule has been updated!  I also added ESTIMATED miles between way points.  They are Google Maps miles which tend to be highway miles, so they are sure to be low.  If you have better numbers, please let me know and I'll update the numbers and turn them GREEN so that we know which numbers are actuals.

Go to the FIRST post of this thread to see the updated PDF.

Tretnine clocked our route from C'ville to Williamson (via the New River Gorge bridge) at 325.  I'm about 15 miles outside of town so Godzilla traveled 340 on that leg.

Thanks James!  Do you have any miles to add while Godzilla was hand'n out at your place? I know he visited your office at least once.  No biggie if you don't the numbers handy or if you think it's just plain silly to count 'em.

It was about 24 miles from the house to work and back.  Not sure if it's worthy of being included but I do like the idea of capturing the "just tooling around" miles he'll no doubt clock over the course of the trip.

364 it is!  We'll even include the quarter mile he did down the Rockingham track!

I like the chart you have going there Old School!! Makes it easy to keep track and gives the riders that are "on deck" a better heads up for when they are leaving. It looks easy to make adjustments as the ride progresses. Good job man!!!

Godzilla is hanging out at my house now in Lexington, KY. Down to TN this weekend! We had a 370 mile round trip this weekend, so add another 190 miles (Longer route on the way back) to the total.

Fixed it.  Look for the change when the next update comes out.  Do you have some more accurate millage for me?  What I have in there now is mostly Google Maps estimates which are very likely way under the REAL mileage.

I've just been getting the milage between the 2 points from mapquest so it probably isn't anymore accurate than the google map without knowing the actual routes being ridden.

Couple corrections for the PDF:

Handoff was suppose to be in Duncan, AZ to the AZ, CA, NV team unless things changed and I didn't hear.  Suppose to overnight in Las Cruces, NM

San Luis Obispo in California

Let me know if the pickup/transfer changed because I'm suppose to be one of the riders at the pickup in Duncan.

Thanks!

the pickup for the AR team will be in Little Rock on the 17 but the overnight will be in Van Buren AR that night if that makes any difference.
