Today was the day! and, so was yesterday.

its official... i sat in front of my window watching all the bikes go by.  tens at a time, often.  so, when 3:00 rolled around and i couldn't stand it anymore... you get the idea.

yesterday, maddog and paul came over, this was the scene.  break out the camera spring has sprung... almost.

This has been the year!! At least in Calgary. I have been out on a run (100 km/60 miles) or 1 hr every month since last August (went to Isle of Man in August). I must admit, it has been pretty lonely, but I had lots of company today now that it has warmed up. Safe running!

Another Calgarian! Very good. I've also been out every month of the year since last June - what a run of weather. Whats your ride? We should hook up for a ride sometime.
