depends what you need.  About a month ago I posted about a gasket set I purchased off ebay that is always on there.  I described exactly what was in the kit, and it cost me about $70 after shipping.  What parts are you doing?  If you have the cases split, may as well do the primary chain, cam chain, cam chain tensioner blade and cam chain guide.  Oh yeah, and buy a seal kit, too.

How does your #2 gear shift fork look?  Is it worn down hard, or is it still fine?  Depending on how it looks, you may or may not be able to get all of the specs for it, take it down to a machine shop, have them weld on more material, then grind it back til it looks like new.  Otherwise, finding this part new is like trying to find gas without ethanol. ::)

What all do you need to get?I enjoy using cyclepartswarehouse.com as they tend to be the cheapest.

EDIT

Found it.  Here you go:

Note that any o-rings that weren't included in the kit I purchased separately.

well the sides of the first & third gear are worn. We are thinking it's from a bent shifter fork. We are splitting the case. Was wanting to repalce these parts to be on the safe side. Also needing the torque specs for the main case bolts.

This will take you to the service manual downloads.  Tons of useful information... oh, and there's torque specs mixed in there as well.

On BikeBandits it shows where you can order the second shifter fork but not the first. Any ideas why?

You can't order it because they don't have any in stock and probably never will.  They are all hard to get.  Most places don't stock any of them.  That's slightly ironic; normally it's the 2nd shift fork that is worn due to a design flaw with the transmission parts.

I did a quick google of the part numbers you need.  24211-323-000 is the right fork and 24213-323-000 is the left.  This website has both listed (though their website design is poor and hard to find.)

Contact them, see what you can do.  Good luck!

Try western hills honda for the parts, he got me one of the unobtainium centre forks a couple of months ago. You need to email Ed with the part numbers not just look them up on their site as it gives prices for everything even the discontinued parts.

As to cheap though----stop dreaming and bite the bullet mate!!!
