Pulled Cam Chain Out... Oops

I pulled the top half off my CB450T and realized after the fact the cam chain came with it (My first time). Is there a way to get the cam chain back through or do I need to crack the lower half?

Nevermind, finally got it with a bit of fishing wire and a grabber I was able to get it around and back out.
