73cb500 & 74cb500t difference???

Anybody know if there is a difference between a 1974cb500t & a 1973cb500k (mostly motor & transmission wise)???

The T is a twin dirived from the previous 450K

The K is a SOHC 4 the second in the family of fours after successful introduction of the 750K
