CB 750 K5 chrome fork covers (ears)

Hi Guys,
Are the chrome fork covers (ears) the same for models K2 to K5 or what are the differences. They have different part no's but look similar.
There are loadsa K2 ones out there but K5 is unobtainable and the UK no 1 spares specialist can't give a definitive (or be bothered to)!
Anyone shed any light please?

Welcome to the forum. The main difference is the K2 has one hole for mounting the blinker stem and headlight bucket to the ear. The K3 and up has an extra hole. One for the blinker stem and one for the headlight bucket. You are correct the K2 ears are all over the place. The K3 and up you will have to find one that has not been damaged from a fall and re-chrome it. These had a tendency to rust out on the back side as they hold water. So you have to look them over close for chrome bubbling.
