The GOOD
-the 8" (accually 12" total) cherry bomb fit perfectly on the end of the 4 to 1 header

THE BAD
-I now have to redesign the rearset linkage

I have some ideas but its not looking easy. nothing off the shelf is going to work as I cut off the brake arm sleeve on the frame early on.

Wouldn't it be easier to go about this the exact opposite way? Couldn't you bend/alter the headers to fit with more clearance in the rear?

yeah i considered that but i really like the snug fit to frame of the exhaust. already have a solution in the works that should work out well.
