750 oil line leaks.

my oil line is leaking where the hose goes into the fitting i think. i heard something about replaceable crush washers, just want to hear what others have had success with. the line has a good seal where it connects to the tank. just not sure where to start or if its worth saving. thanks

Yes, first step is to replace the crush washer for under a dollar. If it still leaks go on from there.

did you have your oil hoses off lately? if so, did you put the washers back in inbetween the oil line and tank? i had a leak at the fitting not too long ago, it was because i forgot to put the washers in.

You could have a worn washer in there. Did you give it a tighten with that big wrench? Try to snug it up and see if it stops.
