Topic: Wiring question

Hey guys, I'm hooking up a new right hand switch i picked up at dime city....   My bike only has four wires going to the switch instead of five...   It has the two from the starter and than a black one and a black and white one....  Just wondering where i should hook these up, or what each of the wires are for???

Are the wires you're talking about on the bike or on the switch? What model/year is it?

If they're on the bike, I would use a continuity tester (on a multimeter or otherwise) and see what those wires connect up to.
