Another LA rider checking in

Been lurking a long time and figured signing up might be the kick up the backside I need to get some more work done. Currently working on a 1976 CB550F. No sidecovers, a few pick-n-mix parts on it, a rectifier that won't keep the battery charged, and rust.

Here's to hoping.

im new too, also with a '76 550f
where in L.A.?
im looking for a good place to buy parts.

I'm in the Valley too. Studio City/North Hollywood area. What's with all the '76 550s popping up lately? Not that I'm complaining. :)

Best place I can find for decent parts is the good ol' Internet. Old Bike Barn,  Bike Bandit, and eBay.
