Hey henrikm, I don't think I have any more photos of the glass work besides what I posted. I get working and forget to take photo breaks! But I'll double check.
Saran wrap was used in places to get it to release. The resin pulls away easily from the wrap. In other places I used nothing. I then had to chisel the foam out. After I got most of it out, I sandblasted the inside to get the foam completely out, and to rough up the surface to ensure a good bond with the tank liner. I used medium weight fiberglass, and Kevlar, which is comparatively heavy. The kevlar allowed the tank to not be so thick...maybe 1/8", and it's much more rigid than fiberglass, but a HUGE pain to work with. I'd stay away if I were you. Caswell liner went inside the tank. It's supposed to hold up to ethanol; only time will tell!
