Topic: head and cylinder gasket

I am trying to make the engine rebuild. Yesterday i used a new cylinder gasket and head gasket  and torque them but when i was screwing the rocker arm holder  ,  a screw broken and i disambled the head and head gasket again. Cylinders are still on the engine . I used sealant in these prossesses but it only wait 15 min maximum before disamble. I clean the head gasket areas .

My questions are that ,

Should i disamble the cylinders  ?
Can i use my head gasket again ?

Please help me .  I can not decide what should i do . If i must use new cylinder and head gasket , i losse 15 day minimum . ( i am from turkey and i usually buy everything from outside of the turkey . )

the head gasket will be ok to reuse,leave the cylinders in place,they will be ok if you didnt lift them up .
