Topic: 1970 CB750 coils?

Please, educate me on  coils for my Honda.   I replaced spark  plugs just to have a fresh start and number #3 cable disintegrated. 

I pieced it back together somewhat and it started up,  rough and no idle to speak of but it started.   Now I would like to replace all the cables, they definitely need it, but it looks like they are one piece with the coil.

Now I would like to know what coils could I use for it,  I want to - of course - replace both of them and preferably with detachable cables.

There is a wire replacement section in the FAQ under ignition

Keep in mind wire replacement means drilling out the old wires and then epoxying new wires in and hoping they make contact.
I know some do it for whatever reason, I would prefer to get new coils. Keep in mind, the ones you have are 41 years old and have been exposed to the elements. They may still work ok but coils do die.

Yes, I found the replacement procedure,  seems interesting:) - might work.

Also from the schema it looks like the coil fires two sparks every time and one is wasted and the second one, in the other cylinder is used  - right?

I searched locally and online and now I am thinking about Ultimate Pamco Ignition Kit-New Electronic Ignition Kit for the CB750 from vintagecb750.

Opinions, experience anybody?

OK, I take it back, did the search, seems Pamco gets positive reviews by users.
