Saw this on the news. Once again a story about how dangerous motorcycling is,
almost never a story about the good side motorcycling.

The danger is the uninsured driver without a license who has no business driving. The drivers not gonna help pay for his medical bills, won't be severely punish, and will be driving uninsured and without a license again as soon as they can buy another car.
