Yes, that last picture looks to be correct, except the front axle looks to be installed the wrong way. Although it really doesn't matter, the nut and clip go on the right side of the bike - and I really dislike the look of those large spring cotter pins. Also, on the later models (with the tach and speedo needles both turning clock-wise) the seat had a bump or rise towards the front at the tank, that made it more comfortable to ride.
The starter switch on yours is not correct, if that is what's mounted on the left handlebar. The left side has a small horn button built into the switch gear that goes next to the grip. A similar button is on the right side, that is the starter switch. The electric starter motor (that looks to be missing on your motor) was mounted in front between the exhaust headers, down low. (You can see it in the last example picture.)
The rear fender had a small rubber extension on it (with a chrome bracket) that acted as a mud flap, mounted horizontally. The end of the metal fender was plain and had no curl or flair as on yours.
