This is no surprise. I am actually shocked it took this long to happen.
Maybe it is time for people to turn off the tv and log off the net some. If these companies do not get the money, they will do what they need to get people back. There just has to be enough people to do this.

mines 25g then slowed,i think ive gotten up to about 15 once.

Still does...can't go over a certain limit an hour during everything but 2am-6am or some BS...Unfortunately i'm in an area where I can't get ANYTHING else...

If you are worried about keeping track of download limits and are using Mozilla, try this net usage item....It allows you to monitor your downloads in real time....

I shouldn't have to track my monthly usage when I am paying through the nose for crappy DSL when Japan and South Korea pay mere sheckles more gigabit speed. This is a bad joke.

 i went with verizon 3g on my home computer
like it alot
3x faster than hughes
Still does...can't go over a certain limit an hour during everything but 2am-6am or some BS...Unfortunately i'm in an area where I can't get ANYTHING else...

My aunt called me the other day, I'm her go-to guy for electronics questions.  She was having trouble with her internet, and it turns out she's still using dial-up and AOL 8.0!   :o :o :o

I couldn't help her, I don't understand that antique technology.   ::)

Agreed.  But, at least SOHC/4's have PERFORMANCE, unlike AOL or dial-up!
