Cb 550 Cafe Racer Wiring , is there a thread on this?

I have decided that I like the clean , wire free ,battery moved ,open look to the cafe style 500?550 and am wanting to do this on my next 2 projects but, I would rather not reinvent the wheel . If anyone could send me to the correct thread or start a new one about this subject I would be much obliged.
  I have wired 6 other 550's the factory way and it's time for a change and I'm really interested in trying a wiring scheme that works, may add electronic ignition and a lighting fuse,nothing fancy,it's my first shot at a cafe style and I'd like to do it right. Anyone out there have information? Thanks
