I got working on the Wing.
I think I found out why it was slipping.

Thought I was done. Just tightening up the second to last bolt on the basket. It kept going and going. i'm thinking it's only 10 ft lbs. 120 in pounds. well snap.
looks like i'm practicing this again tomorrow.
Nice to have spare rear basket.

If you're referring to the 6mm bolts, torque to 7 ft. lbs - 84 in. lbs.

Yea I went on the high side first. I should of known better.
