Last month I was searching for help, searching for the very answer to your question. At the time I was up to 10  500/550s in a cramped 24x32 shop. Then I looked at an interview with Adam Kramer on you tube, and he had the answer. Never count them, one day it may seem too many and the next day two few. That really helped me, I picked up 3 more last weekend. :-\

Actually, if you were to wheel all those bikes out into the sun (or snow, if it's still falling on your side of the pond) you'd be surprised at how much room you've got in your shop, which is the same size as mine.

I just love the fact that now I've "thinned the herd", I can actually work on my bikes in the comfort of my shop, and not have to do complete restorations out in my driveway while rusty, leaky old bangers take up valuable space in my garage.

With 4 complete running bikes, a riding mower and a heap of machinery, tools and enough parts to build several more CB750's taking up space it's still not perfect, but it's better. Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I know your pain Dave, I've got my Triumph Rocket III parked in one corner of the garage gathering dust, I love it, but I love riding and tinkering with my old fours more.

I suppose the good thing is that it's 3 years old now and still on the original rubber, a new set of tires for a Rocket will set you back more than what you and I pay for a decent project bike! Cheers, Terry. ;D

I am just glad that I am not the only one that has this problem.Right now I have two bikes running and four project bikes plus parts and I am going the first of the week too look at two more. I have a mix if CB 750's and early Goldwings.I also have a friends CB900F that I am working on.I thank I am going to have to build a shed just for storage.

Heh, I have been pricing sheds to make more room in the garage.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I just put up a shed! moved all the yard equipment out to make more room. Then in came a mill, a torch and a stick welder. Now i need another shed.  ::)

When I moved into my house I couldn't figure out what the previous owner put such a large shed on such a small yard...i spent almost a year going back and forth as to whether or not I should get rid of it...Now, much like you guys, I wish it was bigger.

I'm learning that perhaps it's not a Honda SOHC4 problem, but a 60's-70's vintage Japanese bike problem in general...

I feel that I need to add a 2 stroke bike to my garage...something about that sound and smell...If any of you have any old 2 strokes kickin' around, post up some pictures!
