Oil Stopper Cap?

I'm putting my head back together and I found these two rubber things. The fiche on Bike Bandit says they're "Oil Stopper Caps". I dont know where they go though. My Clymer doesn't even mention them.

They are #6 on the fiche. http://www.ronayers.com/Fiche/TypeID/26/Type/Motorcycle/MakeID/1/Make/Honda./YearID/22/Year/1981/ModelID/8954/Model/CB750C/GroupID/432262/Group/CYLINDER_HEAD.

Hopefully someone knows what they do. They fit on the bolt heads from putting the head onto the jugs but I'm not sure which bolts they exactly fit on.
