What 836 kit to use ???
« on: April 18, 2006, 12:13:45 PM »
It seems there are a few different 836 kits available. The most prominent one seems to be a Wiseco with 10.5 CR. Does anyone have any experience using the JE pistons 10.5 CR kit or any others that are currently available? Planning on using 33.5mm intake valves so clearance could be an issue.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

Both kits will work. Plenty of room even for 34 intakes and over .425 of intake lift. Sam...did you get the carb???

Both are a very good choice. We usually do Wisecos for street because they can be set up tighter.   We do the JEs for the 3/4 midget guys.
