Tour story in word

  I typed my tour report in word but it won't let me copy and paste it onto the forum. The copy and paste icons aren't highlited under tools. Any ideas? Sorry if it's obvious, I'm not that computer literate.

Save as PDF and then try copy paste?

Copy your text from the word document (Ctrl>C), then go to the forum "Reply" box, and with the cursor active within the reply window hold down the "Ctrl" key and hit the "V" key (windows keyboard shortcut for paste).

You could also try right-clicking within the "reply" window and see if paste is an option from the right-click menu.
