I went with Jay's numbers: .005" under the ring, .003" under the skirt. Block is bored and ready for assembly already, I'm just waiting for gaskets.

That's exactly what I did with mine too Paul. even with 60mm pistons. Ross claims theirs are -1% silicon and will really grow.

Did you just re-use the piston rings?

I have to re-check the end gap with the new bore, but that is the plan.

Maybe not actual today, might be useful information for others.
I have a set of Russ Collins 836 pistons, purchased 1983.  They are marked inside with:
   RC
  64 H     (64 H is just under the bolt and turned 90 degrees)
  ENG

One of them with a hole due to a meltdown, another one almost hole.  Maybe possible to repair?
They have been used max 7000 km 1984.
