Quickest official ET for a GS Streetbike in Finland......9.763. 1327cc, Cam Motion cams, some knucklehead ported the head etc. Still fairly mild. Unmodified frame..just lowered and an extended swingarm. Nice work my Finnish friend.

Very well Sam. Christian has turned around behavior wise.  He plays a lot of baseball. Clayton just finished his first year of college with a 3.6 GPA. Quickest 40,000.00 I've ever spent.

First of all, thank you all for your compliments and special thanks to Mike for all the help!

Me and a couple of older guys who have been in drag racing for decades asked around from people who know this stuff and it seems my PB 9.763 is the quickest ET for a GS in Streetbike-class.

Jesse's bike had some fuel starvation problems but his PB is now 10.10 @ 1/8

About the extended swingarm... it's actually a 1991 GSX-R 1100 stock swingarm, slightly longer than the original GS unit and the wheelbase of the bike is around 1500mm (59")
Ground clearance is 120mm (4.7")

Stock wheelbase for a 1982 GS is 1510mm, at least that's what the factory stated 

I've spent most of my time lately working on my two junior dragbikes, RG 125 (150cc big bore) ridden by my son Jesse like Sam said and Jesse's last season bike GSX-R 50 (80cc big bore) is ridden by a new rider, Patrik.
He seems to be a very promising young drag racer as well 

The work I did on the GSX-R 50 last winter improved the 1/8 time by 0.8 seconds and speed is up almost 8km/h. I must be getting better at this 2-stroke sh1t 

Oh yeah, special thanks to Sam for his help with the RG, it's gonna run 9's next time out, I promise and Jesse is the guy to do it

Yeah, you are absolutely right... we didn't have time to practice burn-outs and RG just spins in 1st gear, 2,3 - 2,4 60ft times.

Just got home from Vaasa, second round of junior drag racing championship, unfortunately both of my riders lost in the first round

These 1st round losses seem to be catching.
Not sure what's happened to Billy, no reports for 5 hours and second round has just been run with no mention of him. If he went out 1st round, he could have bought back in, must be something wrong, hope he's OK.
