don't think there is any offset with cb500 wheels they are centered over the hub both front and back. Lest that's what i gleaned from the board when checked. The front did come with some from the factory, but was found to cause problems with tracking. You can sight through the air valve hole through the hubs center line, easy since they are grooved, over to the opposing spoke nipple to check how your offset is doing. If you first tighten the spokes up in groups of 4, swapping to opposing sides of the rim, the tension and the offset should stay even.
