Ihave not ridden a 750 in a long time but I own an '81 650C and a '77 550 F. I have achance to trade for a '78 750. I rode the bike yesterday. It fired right up but it did not have enough power to get out of its own way. It had little throttle response. I would have thought it was running on two cylinders. If you snapped the throttle wide open it slowly began to accelerate at a rate below the 550 and way way below the 650. I was trying to figure out whats up. The exhaust pressure indicated one cylinder, lower exhaust on the right side, was not cycling like the rest. All the other running gear seemed fine. What do you 750 experts think?
