Picked this bike up less than a month ago for dirt cheap, non running but not too ad looking.


Can't tell how many hours later, on the road with loads of custom work.




Still have some things to work on, but it's time to ride as much as wrench. Will be overhauling the engine and powdercoating the frame over the winter, along with a couple of other things. So far: cb400f rearsets, cb550f kicker, cu tdown stock fenders, custom seat with metal pan, wired up a A123 battery, harness redone.... Too much to go over. Runs pretty well, gonna do some plug chops to see if I should rejet with the open airfilter and the 4-1 exhaust. Doesn't "feel" like it, but the plug chops will tell.
