Just curious after reading all this. If you go from a 4 into 2 to a 4 into 4 setup do you need to do anything to the carb settings or any other type of changes to compensate or improve upon due to the change?

4 into 4 was stock from vactory.

So, carbs at stock factory setting is correct.

Bluezboy, You got it bad, and there's no cure for it.  I'd definitely go for them.  I recall a time several years ago when Martha confronted me with "Do you have any idea what you have spent on that damned $400.00 bike?"  There is no correct answer for that question. ;D ;D ;D  I hid in the garage fpr a couple of days. :)  Several months later she said "It's beautiful, I didn't think it would look like that."

Missed you at Barber's for the relay.  Weather was sh!te.  Spanner's talking about a north Georgia mountain ride.  I think I'll try to make it.

Where do you live in Stone Mountain.  In the 80's I lived at 1004 Mainstreet Lake Drive.

 Yeah JTB, I do have "Pipe Envy" real bad and I am going to buy them, maybe I'll have them by the time we roll into Barbers this year! It would be great to do a mountain ride with all of you, I did one two weeks ago with Travis and had fun, though I can't hit those hairpins very fast due to my lack of experience, heavy ass bike and fear of wiping out and really embarrassing our Honda's good name! I live not to far from where you lived, I live off of South Indian Creek Drive.

If your going to buy them from DSS you better do it soon. They are being sued by Honda and may not be in business when you decide to buy.

I think thats all good now mate, they {DSS} have been told to not sell anything that is under 10 years old {2001-2011} anything before that is currently ok.....I am not too sure if that is final or not....
