Updated my bike - 1977 CB750
« on: June 06, 2011, 06:00:05 PM »
Hey, just thought I'd post some new pics of my bike with some new trinkets.

Installed lights in the headlight bucket for the oil and neutral light. Also ditched the tach.

Military star decal. I painted a red circle behind the decal to match the rest of the accents on the bike.

I painted the fork ears and lowers to match the tank and sidecovers.

My plain all black helmet was beat. I got out the paint gun and made it pretty, all the while, paying homage to my favorite band.

Dig that bike - hope you don't mind, but I nominated it for BOTM.   Haven't thought of the Cure in over a decade - Disintegration got a fair amount of play in my car back in the day.
Yep, I'm the kid that figured out how to put things back together...eventually.

I like that you kept the rear fender. I much prefer a bobbed fender to none at all on a cafe. Beautiful paint quality too.
