new in new jersey
« on: June 07, 2011, 11:21:30 PM »
hi all im jason and from new jersey. i picked up a non running 72 cb350f the other week. goal is to do a cafe theme to it. i got it home and stuck it in the shed for i have no money to work on it at the moment.

so my biggest question is what tanks are useable on the 350f? like can i use a 400f or 350 twin tank? because i need one, the bike is missing tank seat and exhaust. the seat and exhaust seem easy to get but tanks not so much.

once i get some money flowing my way ill try to start a build thread to keep everyone posted.

and here is some pics to start with.

Welcome. Looks like a good starting place for a project.

I believe a 400f tank will fit.

Even though a 400F tank will mount up easily, your tank options are pretty much wide open since you're going the cafe route AND you need a seat anyway.  Where in NJ do you hail from?
