There are a zillion people making glass seats of that general sort; its hard to tell one from another. Most of them sell new for between $150 and $200, you'll pay more for the seat pad. Metal seats, unless they are super simple, are generally a good bit more expensive. What a seat like that will bring used is anyone's guess, but if its in great condition it would probably bring pretty good money if you put it on E-Bay.
